Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Certain items, including perishable goods, personalized items, or intimate products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. This may take up to 10-15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a full refund or replacement.
